Knowledge of the lens digital SLR is right for you?

When shopping for a digital SLR camera, people often overlook or skimp on the camera lens. Goals serve as digital SLR cameras "eye," the lens determines what and how to display the camera to the subject and how well that vision is to transmit the sensor chip of the camera for recording. The way I like to look at the camera lens is like a brush, in broad terms, Stokes media, all purpose brushes detail. There is much to know about digital SLR camera for learningGoal and this article wants to be a basic outline to serve them. The following sections describe the types of lens reflex digital camera, how they work and how to choose.

Focus

On a digital SLR camera lens focal length measures the distance between the lens and the image sensor, measured in millimeters. The lenses can be used in the subgroups, as the first macro, wide angle, normal, telephoto and zoom lenses are classified. TheirEven in relation to the rated speed or f-stop An example would be a 50mm f2.0 lens or a lens 80 mm 1.4f. We will explain later in this article.

Prime lenses:

Prime lenses are lenses with a 50mm lens 1.4f. To zoom in with this type of lenses you must use your feet and moves towards or away from the subject. Traditionally, the first lenses are sharper and faster than zoom lenses. If you're on a budget, you can pick up somesurprising uses old fixed focal length off eBay or your local camera store.

Macro objectives:

Marco lenses are detail brushes that allow you to get up close and personal with the subject. These types of glass are used for close-ups of small objects, such as daisies, money and food, but not limited to these types of problems. Examples of macro lenses are 50mm and 100mm macro. These lenses are also very selective focus on the types of photos.

Wide-angle lenses:

Are the wide-angle brush a broad stroke, this type of lens focal lengths are short. The focal length is the visual effect of "pushing" the subject away from you and makes it appear smaller. The beauty of the wide-angle lenses is that you can relatively close to the subject and is part of a broad stroke of the background to the scene.

One problem with wide-angle lenses, such as convergence, a distortion knownthat makes vertical structures appear to lean toward the center of the frame. One way to check if the wide-angle lenses you are interested in the convergence test is to buy the lens first pictures to be taken. High-quality wide-angle lenses like the Canon "L" series lenses also address the issue of convergence. Examples of wide-angle lenses are 15mm, 17mm, 24mm and 28mm lenses.

Normal lenses:

Normal lenses try to mimic how the human eye sees and somethe most versatile lenses you can use. These are my brushes for all uses and are halfway between a wide angle and a telephoto lens. If you buy a lens and try to buy the fastest lenses, normal lenses like a 50mm 1.4f. Some examples of normal lens 35mm, 50mm, 65mm and 80mm some consider a normal lens.

Telephoto:

Lenses with focal lengths of 100mm and above are considered telephoto. A focal length seems to bringthe subject closest to you and increases the size of the subject in the frame. Telephoto lenses also give players a look and feel and flatten the topic. These lenses are my stroke short.

Zoom lens:

Zoom lenses are special because they are very versatile. These types differ in their focal length lenses and come in many in-wide-angle, telephoto and wide angle to telephoto. In a pocket 17 mm to 35 mm wide-angle off my brush,24 mm to 70mm my medium brush and a 80 mm to 200 mm short my brush. With these three objectives, I get a very focal lengths for each board position. All my f2.8 zoom are at least across the range of targets, which may remain my constant f-stop while I'm in and out of vehicles. These types of lenses are very expensive, but so you get what you pay for. When shopping for a zoom lens f-stop to some of the rating range. An example is a 24 mm f5.6 lens at 300mm f3.5-meaning the lowest f-stop is24mm lens to shoot the rifle and if you go to the lowest you can zoom 200mm, F5.6. Zoom lenses can give flexibility and versatility in one lens. When purchasing a zoom lens to try one is made of glass and is the fastest you can afford, you will not regret.

Understanding what these different groups of lenses can help you make informed decisions about what to buy lenses and what you have in your camera bag.
