Canon Digital Rebel XT vs XTi XSi or upgrade

Now that Canon has released the latest addition to the range is always popular Digital Rebel XSi owners, many current Rebel XT or XTi probably wondering about the upgrade. The short answer is. . . All Canon Digital Rebels are really just entry level digital SLRs. This includes the XT, XTi and XSi. Do not get me wrong, they are really great cameras and offer excellent bridge for those moving from child's play simple world of point and shoot photography, the beautifully rendered almost pro quality of SLR photography.Canon has to fill this gap has probably done a better job. Better than any other, as camera manufacturers Nikon, Olympus and Sony. My point is, if you really want, up to a better camera, then raise your sights a little 'higher, and have a look at the Canon EOS 30D and Canon EOS 40D. It will not only challenge to improve your photography skills, but also produce much better photos.

Skipping a line model in the Canon chain of command youget some more benefits. They move up to a 30D or 40D offers a complete metal fence. Metallic bodies are much more shock resistant and durable than the plastic of the Digital Rebel line found. Also, try to keep in mind that more megapixels is not necessarily a better camera.Especially if your over 5MP.

Another advantage of the Canon 30D and 40D models, is that most accessories that work with the 30D and 40D will also work with cameras further up the range, such as the Canon 5D. Accessories in general are not rebels. Since the eternal misery "upgradeitis" that many cameras geeks themselves in a race that money to save the next update could. Of course it is not necessary to save money, you can always justfall into a really nice new camera lens with this update to go;)
